We will definitely found the reason for the extreme back pressure and turbo failure . Someone had mapped off the dpf without actually removing it .. this engine will be able to actually breathe and boost again .

This is the vivaro with turbo underboost that the garage had for 2.5 months … small turbo completely seized . Whole intake system full of oil . And engine full of sludge . Just because someone mapped out the dpf without actually gutting it. Stay tuned to see what I find in the dpf… if new turbos are installed they will fail because of the back pressure.

This vehicle had a crank no start condition. Cylinder 2 injector was bleeding all the fuel off the high pressure rail , due to be stuck open the ecu could no longer control it .. ( which took me 20mins to diagnose) .. new injector arrived , so I installed and vehicle is running beautifully again .

This van is sufffering from underboost .. both boost control solenoids have been swapped . Out . EGR was closed . Soo turbos coming off for inspection next .

Garage had this van for 2.5 months . Trying to diagnose a turbo fault .. apparently they replaced the turbo . As you can see there is no new turbo .. they’ve swapped the boost control solenoid for an Amazon special and have cable tied the plug back on. This one will be fun .

Ford fiesta alternator replacement due to it not charging. Client was notified that the water pump definitely needs replacing ( why your in there why not ? ).

This Mercedes s class had a horrible exhaust leak . Which is coming through the heaters . Previous mechanic broke a stud . This will be fun .

A forced regeneration is not what I like to do I .. the DPF should be cleaned . But upon the clients request. I will do so .
