We're appealing for witnesses and footage following a serious collision in Whitstable. Kent Police was called to the incident shortly after 6am on Tuesday 26 May. It's reported a collision took place near the junction of Golden Hill and the A2990, Thanet Way, involving a grey BMW 4 series and a black Harley Davidson motorbike. Our officers attended along with paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service. The motorcyclist sustained multiple injuries and was taken to a London hospital, where he remains receiving treatment. The car driver stopped at the scene and an investigation is ongoing. Our officers are urging witnesses, who have not yet spoken to police, to come forward. Anyone with relevant information to assist enquiries, including dashcam footage from around the time of the incident, should contact Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/83427/26.
