Tidy ep3 in today for a major service and check over 🚗💨💨

CW fn2 in for a minor service and a check over . Ev1 civic in for valve clearances and a replacement knock sensor. Odyssey in for transmission oil replace. EP3 in for Sachs shocks and springs all round, replacement headlights. Minor service and a replacement radiator with Honda type2 coolant. Fk8 in for a minor service. EP3 in for a minor service. Fn2 for a replacement rear axle, powerflex axle bushes and new backing plates.

Replacement Honda head gasket
Head skim and pressure test
ARP head bolts
Timing chain, tensioner, guides, VTC actuators
4 piston racing sump baffle
Decat down pipe
Airtech engine oil cooler kit
Airtech Auxillary cooler kit
Fk8 solid flywheel
Exedy oem clutch kit
All new fluids

Now ready for a remap to accommodate the upgrades this one’s undertaken

Fk2 we currently have in for a replacement head gasket, clutch kit and fk8 solid flywheel. Stripped down yesterday now awaiting on the machine shop for the head skim and pressure test ready to re assemble next week. Ep2 we’ve had in for a replacement engine due to the original one having a popped head gasket, originally we were going to do the head gasket but after stripping down the original engine it was in a sorry state, so the better option was to replace with a 50k engine untampered with. Mk10 diesel civic in for a major service, rear pads and a check over. Then finally an fn2 with us for brake and clutch fluid flush, valve clearances, and gearbox oil change 🚗💨💨

EP3 we’ve had in for a k24a3 Frankenstein swap along with having a new timing chain kit, exedy oem clutch kit, service and to fit a Tegiwa M induction kit 🚗💨💨

Couple of pics I’ve managed to grab over the last few days! Special Atom in with us for a set of supercharger cams and valve clearance adjustment. 1 litre civic in for a replacement wet timing belt kit, we have phone calls all the time on these for failed turbos fault codes etc which always comes down to the belt braking up blocking oil galleries and sometimes killing the engines. Make sure these belts are changed on time along with service schedules. Lovely Honda fit in for a full service and check over for ignitionimportsltd

Fk2 in yesterday for a fk8 solid flywheel exedy oem clutch kit and mtf. Along with rear discs and pads and a minor service. After removing the undertray we spotted that crusty rad clip just about holding on so replaced that whilst it was on the ramp. Fn2 in for a replacement clutch master cylinder, damper bypass hose and a slave cylinder following up with a fresh fluid flush. 1.6 idtec civic in for a major service. Fk2 in for a timing chain, tensioner, VTC gears and guides along with a major service. We also fitted an eventuri intake and rear pads 😎😎
