BEFORE ➡️ AFTER

These wheels had suffered from significant corrosion across both the painted and diamond-cut surfaces. We stripped them back to bare metal before powder coating and finishing them with a fresh diamond cut.

The results speak for themselves… a transformation that has completely refreshed the look of the car.

These wheels were fully stripped, damage fixed, re-painted and diamond cut at our workshop in Wimborne. Swipe to see the process and the results 😍



Once the wheel is stripped, the damage is smoothed out and the wheels are put in the oven.

The powder is sprayed onto hot wheels, this creates the optimum surface for it to melt and adhere to the metal.

After they’ve been back in the oven to set they’re ready to diamond cut.

The finished product 😮‍💨👏🏻

Repairs are a fraction of the cost of new wheels, and they look just as incredible.

The gloss finish really make the colours pop 👌🏻

Bare to black in one flawless coat 😮‍💨🖤 These wheels were stripped in acid before smoothing out the scuffs and painting black. They’re off to the diamond cutter now…
