Hissing noise when accelerating, engine light on and stuck in limp mode.

We diagnosed this vehicle with a boost leak coming from the intercooler, didn’t expect it to be this bad!!
A hole was blow out the back of the intercooler thankfully it didn’t cause to much damage to surrounding areas-a couple aluminium fins were damaged but nothing major saving the customer from a bigger bill.
While we had the vehicle the customer wanted their cambelt and water pump changed aswell

This vehicle would not start.
The customer was leaving work ready to head home, however the vehicle had other plans and would not start. The engine turned over but not running.

We carried out a diagnosis of the vehicle and suspected the timing was out, we checked the timing of the engine and found it had jumped some teeth causing it to not start thankfully no major engine damage occurred .

We informed the customer and they wanted a cam-belt and waterpump replacement as they wasn’t sure when it was last done.

The engine was retimed and cambelt kit was fitted.

A customers vehicle died while driving, leaving them stranded at the side of the road.

Apon investigation we found the auxiliary belt had snapped, meaning their battery wasn’t being charged causing the vehicle to suddenly stop while driving.

New belt fitted and pulleys checked all good ready to go.
