You can rest assured that we always use genuine service parts and lubricants, we ordered from the same distributor that the Main dealers use; we can also source Retro parts when a customer instructs us to do so. Our policy is to keep the old replaced parts and they are made available for our customers’ inspection. We run a fleet of FREE Courtesy Cars for our customers; all we ask is that you replace the fuel you use. appears to be, being limited by high air temp shutting down the power , exhaust temps look fine, even with external fans wound up, some improvement, but still a bit disappointing.
We are going to look at the intercoolers and induction, quite possible debris on cooler fins, will cause the elevated inlet temps.
Interestingly driving car, general power available, seems improved and fuel consumption originally 34mpg, with improvements so far has made 40mpg .
We will investigate induction and be back for another run !

Finally got time to run the SQ5 on the Dyno Vehicle now fully serviced, hydrogen carbon cleaned. Also removed inlet manifolds to assess clean and replaced injector seals, not actually spitting yet, but exhaust gas smell evident. brought up to date

Just collecting some bench mark data on our Audi SQ5 Project
There will be comprehensive Photos, Videos and Data being posted up on our website shortly.
Here is a base line run on a 4WD Dyno, spinning up to 110mph to collect the data. Audi figures 313bhp, recorded 289, so not far off, but torque down nearly 80 Nm, so some serious momentum to recover

Something a little different from us

This is a relatively rare example of this popular VW T5, a 2.5 Tdi 4 wheel drive

We have been preparing this vehicle to enable the next owner to tailor it to their own requirements
The vehicle has had recent cam belt and water pump, has had suspension uprated to a coil over kits all round, replacement, and uprated discs and pads all around and poly-bushed throughout.

We have uprated the front with a T6 kit, which inludes bonnet, front panel, head lights and Front bumper.
The bodywork has been detailed , so external condition now up to a good standard.
The wheels have been refurbished Wheelcare Bury a full chemical strip and refinish.

Internally we have stripped out all the trim and replaced with a mid grey trim, including headlining.
We are putting in some LED lighting to the rear cabin area, and plan to market the vehicle at this stage.
There is a second set of seats that can be easily reinstalled if required.

There are options

1) To take on the project at this point,to finish the conversion, there are many options of kits to take it on to the next level, and would make a relatively easy project for those with the inclination !

2) We can carry on and complete to the project, to a customer specification, at extra cost.
