⛔️After receiving numerous complaints from the public about vehicles parked dangerously outside of our premises on Treswithian Road, we would like to make everybody aware that these cars are not related to us, but instead the bungalow (Lamorna) next door.
The police and council have been informed, but neither are concerned. ⛔️

⚠️We’re extremely concerned this parking will cause an accident.⚠️

🔹ANNOUNCEMENT🔸

We would like to let everybody know, as of Monday 4th May, the garage will be reopening to all customers but with reduced staff to ensure we can adhere to social distance rules.

We will be taking all measures in line with government safety guidance to ensure both customers and staff are protected.

With regards to the governments announcement tonight, we have decided to close our garage from now until further notice.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, however, for the safety of our staff and for the public this is the decision we have made.
We will be in contact with customers that have current bookings to discuss and to re-arrange their bookings when we are next open.

‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE‼️

With regards to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

We would like to ask customers to refrain from congregating in the reception area and so have put in place a One-In, One-Out policy.

🔹Surfaces including the interior of cars, office space and workshops will be regularly cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes/spray.

🔹Staff in workshop and reception will be wearing gloves which will be changed regularly.

🔹Customers have the option to pay by card over the phone to reduce unnecessary contact and where possible avoid cash transactions.

🔹We are more than happy to collect and deliver your car if you feel you would not like to come in person.

🔴 IF YOU DO FEEL AT ALL UNWELL PLEASE AVOID COMING TO THE GARAGE. WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR A LATER DATE 🔴

We are currently still open and will remain so unless the government advises us otherwise. We apologise if there are any delays - please bear with us during these difficult times.
