A lovely Ford Capri in the workshop this week. ❤️

Although this Capri is MOT exempt, its owner still books it in every year for a safety inspection.

We think that’s a great approach. Classic cars often cover fewer miles, but regular inspections can help identify wear and tear before it affects reliability or safety.

We’re proud to support the Duchy Ford Club and carry out inspections and MOTs for many of its members. It’s always a pleasure to see these cars come through the workshop.

Fresh exhaust fitted today at Nick’s Motors

A worn exhaust doesn’t just make your car noisy – it can affect emissions, performance and even lead to an MOT failure.

Today we replaced a damaged exhaust system on this Nissan Note, getting it back to running quietly and safely.

If you’ve noticed your vehicle becoming louder than usual or suspect an exhaust issue, we’re always happy to inspect it and advise on the best course of action.
