Motofix Group Motofix is an award-winning, independent vehicle repair and bodyshop group, operating nine repair centres across the South East and South West of England.

We deliver trusted, high-quality repairs. Founded in 1997 by Chairman Richard Tutt, Motofix Group has grown into one of the UK’s leading providers of vehicle repair and bodyshop services to insurers and motorists. The independently owned company operates a network of nine centres across the south and can repair up to 16,500 vehicles per annum. All sites are BSI 10125 Kitemark accredited and Motofix offers ADAS, structural aluminium, Hybrid and Electric Vehicle repair capabilities. The Motofix workforce totals 245+ employees, all of whom are motivated to redefine the customer experience after an accident by streamlining key-to-key processes, implementing a customer-centric approach, and communicating to an outstanding level. The Group’s strategy to continually invest in its facilities and world-class technician training has been officially recognised by 10 automotive manufacturer groups, representing 20 individual brands, which have granted Motofix approved repairer status. With such a rich portfolio of premium brand approvals in place, Motofix Group elected to build on the trust instilled in it by opening a dedicated ‘Prestige Paint & Body’ site in 2024, catering specifically for owners of prestige marques.

An apprenticeship with Motofix is about more than developing technical skills in the bodyshop.

It’s about building confidence, working as part of a team and forming connections across the business.

Our annual Apprentice Onboarding Event, hosted at H5 Adventure in Swindon, brings together apprentices from across the Group for a day of outdoor challenges and team building.

The day also gives those further into their apprenticeships the opportunity to share their experiences and advice with colleagues just beginning their careers.

Each activity helps strengthen teamwork, leadership and communication, while helping new starters feel supported and connected from the beginning of their Motofix journey.

A safe repair is about more than what you can see.

Modern vehicles rely on cameras, radar and sensors to support safety features such as automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping and parking assistance.

Our in-house ADAS capability allows diagnostics, calibration, and final verification to be completed on-site. This helps to reduce unnecessary vehicle movements, minimise delays and maintain greater control of the repair from start to finish.

By following the relevant manufacturer repair methods and technical requirements, our teams help ensure ADAS-equipped vehicles are returned to the road safely, giving motorists confidence in the completed repair.

This capability is supported by Level 3 HEV-qualified technicians and manufacturer EV certifications, including Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, Volkswagen Group and Mercedes-Benz.

From initial assessment and high-voltage safety procedures through to repair, diagnostics and final quality control, our teams work in line with the appropriate repair methods and industry standards.

We remain focused on consistently delivering safe, compliant and high-quality repairs across our network.
