Afternoon all 😊
Yes I've been off the radar for nearly a year, which has been absolutely lovely.
Yes Surrey Subaru Specialist's is still in business but we've kept off social media due to the old landlord being an absolute cockwomble and demanding a lot of money for stuff that clearly isn't my responsibility 🙄 so thanks to him I'm now dealing with it.
So we've moved to near Cranleigh now and yes I'm afraid booking in at the drop of a hat still isn't happening, yes I'm still sarcastic and grumpy, deal with it.
Due to the new location I don't want people just turning up, please book an appointment.
Currently working on a couple of big job's and once this final engine is finished, I won't be able to do anymore engine building, too much general work and I'm trying to take things easier due to stress.
It's also highly unlikely I'll be able to offer any underside refurbishment work anymore as height is an issue now.
Anyway, I'll add some pictures and updates over the next few weeks.

We're moving!!!
Afternoon all, well it's the end of an era and onto the next chapter.
From next week we'll be CLOSED FOR THE WHOLE OF AUGUST.
From mid September we'll be back open the other side of Surrey, so please note that we will not be able to do anything from now until we're in the new unit.
It's certainly been a hectic 15 year's here in Camberley and we've had a lot through the workshop over that time.
New address will be posted here once we're in.
Thanks to everyone for using us during our time here and hope to see some of you in the new place (some need not contact us 😀)

Morning all, sorry for the lack of updates. So here's one for you.
We're closed next week and won't be answering any calls, emails or messages. Haven't had any time off for over 2 year's and it's starting to get to me.
Currently have a lot of outstanding work in, but servicing etc can be accommodated towards the end of the month. Here's a picture of my tractor, just because I'd rather be in that at the moment.

Morning all.
For anyone who has tried to phone or email and I haven't got back to you, please don't take it personally as at the moment I'm so far behind on work it's hard to say when I'm likely to open the diary for any further work.
Trying to get this McRae done which is testing my patience. Plus 3 other Imprezas which are not small job's.

Hate doing bodywork, but sometimes needs must. This poor little GC8 had a slight bump (if in doubt, flat out) so this morning was drilling out spot welds and getting the rather bent headlamp panel off. Next week will be head scratching to figure out how to pull the inner panel out.

Rant time!!! If you have booked your car in and actually driven here to personally book it in, but when it comes to the day (today) that you're meant to be dropping it off. Please do yourself a favour and wobble your head and answer your phone. I've planned my week around your car and forked out the money for your part's, but no worries if you can't be arsed to turn up 🤬
