A Day in the Bay

Today wasn't about paint correction, coatings or chasing glossy reflections.
It was about all the little details that most people never see.
● Leather deep clean with Labocosmetica Derma 2.0, followed by Derma Sealant for protection.
● Engine bay cleaned and dressed.
● Sunroof drains and gutters cleared and cleaned.

Porsche 718 GT4 RS | PPF Decon Revive Exterior

Not every detailing appointment is about making a car cleaner. Sometimes it's about diagnosing a problem and finding the right solution.

Today we welcomed back this incredible Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS, but this visit wasn't for a maintenance clean.

The owner had noticed widespread mineral staining across the PPF, dulling the finish and taking away from that incredible Guards Red paintwork. Rather than guessing, we started with a test section to identify exactly what we were dealing with.

The GT4 RS then underwent our PPF Decon Revive Exterior, a bespoke decontamination process designed to remove both organic and mineral contamination and restore clarity to PPF.
Using a carefully planned 3 pH process with
1. Labo Libera, an alkaline prewash
2. Labo Renova an acidic decontamination shampoo
3. Labo Semper, a pH-neutral shampoo
Meaning we were able to dramatically reduce the staining, restore the clarity of the film and bring the finish back to life.

To complete the process, Labocosmetica Perfecta 2.0 was applied to enhance gloss, slickness and depth.

The result....?
Almost flawless.
The transformation from the initial test section to the finished vehicle was incredible, and the customer has his GT4 RS looking exactly as it should ready for the Welsh road trip ahead.
