BMW 2002 back end work.

Boot floor and rear valance replaced, rear inner arches and upper suspension mounts repaired. Everything epoxied, seam sealed, undercoated with winter grade epoxy coating, then inside of the boot, rear quarter panels and back end repainted.

This one will be back in the winter to tackle areas of the front end, roof and doors.

It was a pleasure to work on this car, these are the kind of cars that are the reason we opened our doors in the first place.

Alfa 156 rear inner and outer arches plus a full repaint. All finished off and ready to go back to the customer tomorrow!

A bit of a tricky one on this VW Transporter this week!

The front strut tower had been very poorly repaired in the past, so the only option was to replace the whole thing.

A jig had to be made that bolted to the bulkhead, chassis leg and strut tower to ensure that when the new one was fitted it would be in the exact same place to keep the suspension geometry as it should be.

The job started with removing the new strut top from a cut that was supplied by the customer from another van. Then the same job then had to be done again to remove the rusty strut tower. Once that was out of the way there were one or two small repairs to do, then all edges and flanges were weld primed ready to fit the new tower.

A bit of wiggling and persuasion later, and the new tower is in ready to be seam sealed.

On to the next job!

Starting to get the Commer coated with epoxy. Section by section for now, then the real bodywork begins once the whole van has a base layer to work from.

Jaguar XK8 rear wheel arch/quarter panel/inner arch repair/replacement.

Sent to us by STM Bodyworks and went back to them for paint after our work was complete 😎

All finished off and ready to head up the road to STM Bodyworks to be painted.
