No matter what weather you should all be keeping up to date with the health of your vehicle ensuring it’s performing as it should be.

When people usually check their car they will look for the obvious things like… Engine Oil Level, Coolant Level, Washer Fluid, Tyres….

📈 STAGE 3 BUILD COMPLETE 📈

THIS MADE A WHOPPING 325.4 BHP, Which in our eyes must be up there as a record on the X47 Turbo. (Please don’t mistake it for the X47R as they are different turbos)

Unfortunately we wasn’t able to get photos or videos of it on the dyno due to our work load being huge currently, so it’s difficult to be here there and everywhere but…. We are extremely impressed with the results of this build as it started out being a simple Stage 1 Tuned ST.

The customer arrived at our sales site Global Motors and in all honesty his reaction after the first drive was priceless 😎

👨🏽‍🔧 HUGE AUDI RS5 JOB 👨🏽‍🔧

We had this Audi RS5 Recovered to us due to a suspected start motor Failure.

Upon inspection and after removal of the front subframe it came to mind that the Start Motor wasn’t the actual cause.

Ryan then took on the task to do more investigations to find that a drive plate had shattered within inside the gearbox.

So following on from his discovery the only way to go forward with this job is to remove the engine itself along with the gearbox so that this can be rectified sorted for the customer.

Whilst the engine has been out Ryan has also made extra cautious check to ensure there is no other issues that may appear to customer in the future.

We don’t only fix the current issue you may have… we check for anything else that may cause you a future issue and make you well aware. Luckily for this car there was no other issues that we could find!

😈 DYNO RESULTS 😈

If you remember back a few weeks ago we fitted some bolt on upgrades to a customers 2015 235i.

We advised our customer to book in with RCS Tuning-Custom Remapping to have a stage 2 remap done on the vehicle after having these modifications fitted.

Today was the day and after the car was flashed using BM3 Software it made an incredible 428bhp & 411ftlbs

Our customer is absolutely over the moon with the results.

All was fitted correctly and accordingly to how the manufactures instructed.

This customer is now ready to make its way to RCS Tuning-Custom Remapping to have a Boot Mod Stage 2 file put on it to make over that 400BHP mark.

🔥 BIG MEGANE BUILD IN FOR A GEARBOX REBUILD 🔥

We had this fully built Track Spec Megane RS250 in with us to have the gearbox taken out and sent off to be rebuilt.

Alongside us doing this we also inspected the car for any other issues that may arise. Thankfully there was nothing else but we always like to make sure we check everything correctly so that we can inform the customer of any future issues that may occur.

This car is going to be making in excess of 500BHP when complete.

Currently have 2 vehicles in from our sales side getting their final prep before heading off out to the customers.

Both the RS5 and the Megane R26 are having their Full PDI checks along with a fresh Oil & Filter before going off to get their MOT’s.

Ryan’s got a keen eye for looking out for any hidden issues that may arise and is straight on the ball to get them sorted if needed.

This is just a small Minority of the types of cars we get in here and as you can tell with our current upload schedule we have been very busy as our two ramps have been in constant use since opening.
