Bearing collapsed on this 420 rear diff ending up with a ripped oil seal and diff oil in the rear brake. Diff split rebuilt with new bearing and seals and rebuilt

Customers very nice KTM RC8R in for full service including oil-oil filter -oil screens air filter- spark plugs -breaks stripped and serviced -tyre pressures -valve clearances checked and adjusted and also HM Quickshifter fitted and set up. Customer collected bike very happy with new setup

Work continues on the cb650 cafe racer project for a customer. Moto Gp style exhaust back from fabrication and the front calipers getting new seals and a piston. To be continued
