H Designs Vehicle Solutions We are first and foremost a custom vehicle building company. We design, concept and build custom mot H designs Vehicle solutions is a one stop shop for Bikes.

we can repair, design and build them. we also build and design custom one off cars, van, bike transportation, campers, hotrods. we are bikers for bikers. Our facilities are set in the rural south Wales countryside, making it the ideal start point for anyone organising rideouts and meet ups. as bikers we can recommend routes, stop off and locations of interest. making your ideas a reality.

Easy loading!!!

Van update-

Because of the way the floor is for wheel.chaoes I decided a large draw system would make it easier for storage and loading the bike on and off so that's what we did...

The micro camper build!!

So this old bus was a bit rough, so we cleared out all the floor, sanded it back and then gave it a fresh lick of anti rust paint.

This little kangoo was Originally designed to take a wheelchair so has a slipping floor we will need to sort out. For now it's all about a nice fresh base to work on.

We laid down some sound deadening and polystyrene sheets to help with insulation. The reason we chose this method was because it is going to be part of a false floor, more on that later!!

I take no credit for this!!

other than this is the metal wizards build, I have watched this project grow while we have worked on other things.

Now it's time for paint and what a job it's getting.

By the way, the main paint is out sourced, but the airbrushing is done by the wizard him self. There are no bounds to this man's talent.

I truly cannot wait to see this done.

This journey has been a long one and been hit with issue after issue, but now we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Patients from both the owner and us. Parts issues, time, me leaving the forces and moving to civilian life and finally moving workshop all haven't helped but the biggest issues being this bike spent a number of years outside in the salty air of the south coast. But now it looks shiny new.

Not to mention my unwillingness to compromise on the build (much to the owners frustration at times, your a legend Jamie👍🏼)

Clocks ticking to get it done but I'm sure everyone involved in it, will see it's been worth it.
