đź‘€Spot the difference đź‘€. Vauxhall came in running and driving but down on power. The only engine fault was with a camshaft and crankshaft correlation. So we confirmed the timing was slightly out. So no unnecessary parts where fitted we just confirmed the sensors where correct and the timing was out . So we proceeded to take the timing cover off to asses the chain and fit a new chain kit. As you might of noticed one of the chain guides had completely disintegrated and had fallen in to the oil sump and had then let the chain rest on a single bolt which had snapped and needed to be extracted out of the engine. All done and now back up to full power. Very lucky customer.

Another few wet belt done. This was a Peugoet but we can also do the, Citroen and Vauxhall as its the same engine also it's no problem if its turbo or non turbo. We have the special tools for the job. As part of the package we do remove the sump to clean out the oil pick up and replace oil and filter and all the gaskets and seals.

Last job of the year. 1 non runner. Now back up and running again. All down to a cheap starter motor fitted previously. ...

Last job of the year. 1 non runner. Now back up and running again. All down to a cheap starter motor fitted previously. As you can see some of bolts have come out and the old starter is in pieces. So a new bosch starter was fitted.

Nice fix. Bmw came in with engine management light on. Plugged it in with the scanner to find a few faults all related to air flow and air pressure to the engine. Quickly removed the pressure sensor after noticing the sensor was slower to react that it should be. Found the sensor was all logged up. Quick clean with products. Fitted the sensor back on and a quick test drive. No faults came back.

Mazda came in with an intermittent oil pressure fault. No wonder with the carbon build up in the oil pick up blocking the flow of oil. So sump off remove the oil pump and balance shaft assembly to fit a new oil pick up along with new seals. Oil and filter all done too. But a big part of issues like this one is whats caused it. So we found the injector seals where leaking combustion in to the crank case of the engine and deteriorating the engine oil and adding carbon. So all new injector seals fitted as well

Little corsa in with a coolant leak. As you can see with the pressure applied to the coolant system the leak was obvious. So front bumper off and a new radiator was fitted.
