Halliday Automotive is recruiting a Service Manager to lead the Service Department and ensure both operational efficiency and a high standard of customer service.

You may already have experience in an automotive service environment, or you may come from a strong customer-focused background where you have managed people, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the service team
- Ensure we continue to provide the best customer experience
- Working with the Workshop Controller oversee workshop operations, scheduling, and technician productivity
- Oversee work-in-progress jobs and ensure timely completion
- Oversee invoicing and support delivery of financial targets
- Improve processes to drive efficiency and service quality

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in a customer-facing role with responsibility for managing operations or teams
- Automotive experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional and empathetic approach with customers
- Confidence managing both people and processes
- Pride in delivering high-quality work
