Another Harley-Davidson sorted and back on the road! 🏍️🔧

This Harley came into the workshop with the rear brake light staying on due to a sticking brake light switch.

A new rear brake light switch was fitted, the system was tested, and everything is now working exactly as it should.

This Sportster was recovered to us after the battery warning light came on.

After carrying out the usual charging system checks, we traced the fault to a failed voltage regulator. A new regulator was fitted, the charging system was retested, and everything is now working exactly as it should.

The bike is now back with its owner and ready to enjoy the miles ahead.

Another Harley-Davidson back looking its best! 🏍️

This one came into the workshop for a replacement inner fairing. The damaged fairing was removed, the new one fitted, and everything transferred and reassembled with care to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

It’s now looking as good as new and ready to get back on the road.

This Sportster came into the workshop with a rough running fault. After carrying out diagnostics, we replaced the MAF sensor and fitted new inlet manifold seals to eliminate the air leak.

It’s now running smoothly again and is ready to be collected by its owner.

Workshop update! 🏍️🔧

This Harley-Davidson came into the workshop to sort out some poor-quality wiring inside the handlebars.

The existing wiring had been causing issues, so the bars were stripped down and completely rewired correctly, ensuring everything was routed neatly and working as it should.

Electrical work is one of those jobs that’s often hidden from view, but taking the time to do it properly makes all the difference to reliability and safety.

🏍️ This Harley-Davidson came into the workshop with an inner primary oil leak.

The primary drive was stripped down to diagnose the source of the leak, with the faulty seal replaced and everything reassembled using new gaskets where required.

Once completed, the bike was thoroughly checked to ensure everything was oil-tight and operating as it should before heading back to its owner.
