This Cayenne Turbo S came to us with all four wheels suffering from kerb damage and the previous finish starting to fail, flake and peel.

All 4 wheels were fully stripped back and professionally powder coated in Gloss Black, giving them a fresh, durable finish and completely transforming the look of the car. ✨

Our refurbishment process includes:

✔️ Prepared & powder coated inside and out

From heavily corroded to factory fresh. 👌

This Ford Kuga diamond-cut alloy came in suffering from severe lacquer failure and corrosion, but that’s exactly what a proper refurbishment is for.

The process speaks for itself:
- Alloy stripped back to bare alloy.
- Re-coated in black powder coat.
- Aqua blasting to re-key the surface.
- CNC diamond cutting.
- Clear powder coat (We use high-gloss diamond-cut guard to help prevent corrosion).
- Then back on the car looking as it should.

No shortcuts, no quick fixes—just doing the job properly from start to finish. It’s always satisfying seeing the finished result back on the vehicle. 🔥

After bringing the bonnet back to life in Part 1, it was time to finish the job with the front bumper.

Getting the colour and finish to flow seamlessly from panel to panel is what makes the difference, especially with a metallic like Spice Orange. Taking the time to get it right means the repair disappears into the rest of the car.

Another Mini Cooper back looking exactly how it should. Thanks to everyone who’s been following this one from the start! 🧡

There’s something satisfying about watching the final clear coat go down.

This Audi A6 came in for a front wing repair, front door blend and front bumper corner repair. The video shows the last stage in the booth, where everything comes together and the finish starts to come to life.

Every job gets the same attention to detail, from the prep work right through to the final coat. It’s all about getting that deep gloss and factory finish before it heads back to the customer.
