BLACK OR SILVER? 👀

Our new ORE Defender Stainless Steel Wheel Nuts are manufactured here in the UK from premium 316 stainless steel and precision machined to the same standards as the components used in our Wheel Carrier.

Not to be confused with cheaper imported alternatives where material specification and quality control can vary.

🔩 SILVER — Natural, self-colour 316 stainless steel.

⚫ BLACK — Our premium Chemmy Black specialist black oxide treatment, produced to U.S. Military Specification MIL-DTL-13924E, creating a deep, uniform black finish with virtually no dimensional build-up.

For Class 4 coatings on 300-series corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the specification requires 96-hour ASTM B117 salt-spray resistance with no signs of corrosion.

Available in 20 or 23 nut sets, with the 23-nut set including 3 for your spare wheel.

Our capped nuts are 27mm deep and work with the stud length on our ORE spare-wheel carrier mountings.

🇺🇸 Our first shipment heading to the USA! 🥳

It might just look like a pallet of wheel carriers, but there’s been a lot of work behind getting this one out the door.
Building relationships, putting agreements in place and finding the right people to represent ORE and our brand and reputation— especially on the other side of the pond — doesn’t happen overnight.

In an industry where new “brand” seem to pop up daily (often from the kitchen table with an insta page 😬), building a proper brand and reputation takes time.
9 years we’ve been doing this, and it feels like we’re only just getting started!

We’re really excited to start getting more OREsome products into the USA and to be working with Paul and the team
Here’s to the first of many pallets heading across the pond. 🇬🇧🤝🇺🇸

Note - No wheel carriers were burnt in the the shrinking of that film… there may be some holes in the film though 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Did you know the first product Chris ever developed was the OREsome coating system?

Coating is often overlooked across the industry. Even when a product is made from stainless steel, once the coating fails it can still be left looking tired and damaged.

That’s why we developed our own super-durable coating system and had it independently tested in a university laboratory.

Four years of real use later, Chris’s Defender is a pretty good example of how well it holds up.
