“Having taken driving lessons with another driving school in Burton and felling that I was not making any progress and the instructor was dragging the lessons out to make more money I decided to give ProTeach Driving School a try after seeing their recommendations and reviews. My driving instructor was great. Chris explained what I need to do, not just saying do this with no reason why. Chris is really good at explaining what is needed. We covered loads on the first lesson like parallel parking, controlling the car at 1mph, only signalling when needed and loads more. Chris really is a great guy and instructor and I can’t wait till my next lesson. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great instructor. Matt was also very helpful in arranging my lessons and who was the best instructor for me. Alex Smith

“I passed first time with Proteach! I previously tried two other companies but noone had anywhere near the patience that John at Proteach has! I used to be so scared of driving but John has been so kind and patient that I now really enjoy driving and I owe it all to John! Thank you so much! Recommend Proteach to anyone and everyone! “'Very happy to have passed my test first time round and have Matt to thank! I couldn't have asked for a better instructor as he is patient, kind, a great teacher and made driving lessons really enjoyable. As a nervous driver, he picked up on that quickly and really boosted my confidence. I would definitely recommend learning with Proteach to anyone. Can't wait to start driving all by myself!'

“"Had my first lesson today with Chris. Had lessons before but that was over 2 years ago. Chris is patient, funny and overall a really good teacher. Would defiantly recommend Chris/ProTeach to anyone wanting to learn to drive"

“"I had a taster lesson with Chris today one of the newer instructors. He was picked out for me after a conversation with matt. I would defiantly recommend dropping him a message if you considering driving lessons. We spent a lot of time talking about my past experiences and through that I was paired with a lovely bloke who knows exactly how to help me and teach me. Like I said if you are considering driving lessons then chat to someone cos they do actually care and want to help you. Your interests are first, the people are friendly and very qualified "

“Had my first lesson with John a couple of days ago, i had already been having lessons with a different company but was always getting let down and wasn't learning anything. John explained things in detail, asked me questions all through my lesson and had a conversation about my skills at the end of the lesson, I felt like I had learned more in one lesson with John than I did in 10 lessons with my previous instructor. I would defiantly recommend proteach! Alice-Rose Brannan - Driving Lessons Burton on Trent”
“Rebecca Russan from Draycott (Passed at Cobridge)
So much patience and encouragement, Mike really made me believe in myself. If you are looking for someone who cares about your long term development and not just their pass rates then Tristar is definitely for you. Couldn't be more grateful for the support I was given! Coaching over teaching really makes the difference and gave me that extra push I needed. Rebecca Russan
““I would like to say a huge thank you to John at Proteach Driving School Derby. My experience of learning to drive turned out to be easier than I originally thought it would be! John explained things in a clear and simple way, which enabled me to know exactly what I was to do through the whole process and I always felt safe and in control. John has a good sense of humour and made learning easier and more interesting, he was always calm and focused on my driving and never let me get away with anything, because of this, all my faults were rectified straight away and now I have passed my test, I have the confidence to drive safely on my own”
