Serviced a haldex gen 5 on a 16 plate Audi Q3 with 48k miles, never been serviced and the interval is 15,000 - 20,000 miles or every 3 years. Hopefully caught it just in time and it doesn't require a pump 🙄. All Audi/vw systems say they're due at 20,000 miles or every 3 years on the gen 5 as they don't have a dedicated filter just a gauze. This doesn't get cleaned out, as it's not down on the service programs that get carried out.

It's been a while since carrying out any repairs/maintenence work because of the current situation, here's some work carried out earlier on in the year.

Vauxhall corsa 1.3cdti

New coolant tank and coolant flush with new coolant.

New starter motor, uprated from 1.3kw to 1.8kw giving the engine more turnover power, resulting in easier starting.

The car also had new dogbone mount and both top engine mounts done either side 👍🏻.

Mini cooper S,

Needed intake pipe from airbox to turbo replacing as it was split.

Also needed oil cooler seals replacing too so changed them for new parts.

Coolant resivour cleaned out, filled back up and bled.

No leaking now present.

Vehicle owner now happy 👍🏻.

2003 Mitsubishi Sh**un 2.5td plugged in, no power when towing or going up hills. Fault 12 and 52 found, correlating to the boost solenoids, happy vehicle owner as confirmed issue she thought the car had, now in the process of getting it fixed!
