BMW 320D in for coolant leak. Diagnosed it to be a crack in a coolant pipe leading to the radiator🤦. Seemed simple at first but thanks to BMWs expert engineering, the whole inlet had to be removed inorder to remove the pipe😬. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as when then manifold was removed, two of the swirl flaps had snapped off and were sat inches away from the valve 😬😬😬. They removed and the part replaced ready to be returned to the customer 😀😀

Compression test was done to make sure engine is sound ✅️

Turbo removed and sent off for reconditioning ✅️
