Aaron Carotta Aaron Carotta continues to amaze us and the world every day with his incredible row around the globe. His latest leg from Lombok, Indonesia to Seychelles saw him at sea alone for 14 weeks, arriving on 4th July!

And this is just one leg of a huge expedition so far totalling 600 days at sea in his Rannoch R20, visiting 15 countries on 5 continents, where he has encountered everything Mother Nature could throw at him and more. Make sure you give Aaron a follow and hear his incredible stories!

Huge Congratulations to Kelsey Pfendler YouRowKelsey for breaking TWO WORLD RECORDS!! Rowing from Monterey, California to Honolulu, Oahu, in just 43 days 17 hours, making her crossing the fastest solo pacific row ever!

Kelsey has also become the youngest solo rower to row this route!

Doing what we do best! Every successful ocean row has a dedicated support team behind it.

This week, Charlie Pitcher, Founder of Rannoch Adventure, has been in Newfoundland, Canada, helping two incredible teams through the final stages of preparation before they set off to row the North Atlantic to the UK.

Amy and Ran are bound for Penzance, while Dawn and Paul of Team Hometown Row will continue on to the home of Rannoch—and the home of ocean rowing—Burnham-on-Crouch.

After months of training, planning and preparation, both teams are now ready. Today, Charlie gave them one final push away from the shores of Canada as they embarked on their adventure of a lifetime.

A chance encounter in a marina in California with Oli from Rannoch sparked Amy Xu’s interest in ocean rowing. What began as a casual conversation soon grew into an ambitious plan to cross one of the harshest oceans on the planet.

Determined to achieve the best crossing possible, Amy and her rowing partner Ran came to Rannoch and joined our Zero to Hero programme; a journey that takes complete beginners through every stage of preparation, developing the skills, experience and confidence needed to take on the adventure of a lifetime.

After more than 500 hours on the water under the guidance of Rannoch coaches Charlie and Lizzie, Amy and Ran have now departed Canada to begin their extraordinary unassisted row to the UK. Every mile, every watch and every oar stroke brings them closer to completing an incredible transatlantic journey.
