A very early Landrover Discovery 4 in for a bit of a birthday overhaul!

A complaint of an oil leak that’s progressively gotten worse, all traced to one tiny little seal right around the back of the engine 😐
So body off, new seal fitted new genuine uprated oil pump fitted, Dayco timing belts front and rear, water pump and a few other ancillary’s as a preventative measure. All back on the road and earning her keep!!

Another day another VW T5 in for a routine timing belt and water pump!
Luckily we caught this one in time as the water pump was seeping fairly well and would eventually lead to failure and a big bill!

We recently diagnosed, removed, striped, cleaned and replaced the bearings in this Range-Rover Sports rear differential!
We could intermittently hear a rumble from the rear. After a thorough investigation we pin pointed it to the internals of the unit.

A new bearing and seal kit was ordered.
A special tool to remove and torque the preload was brought and jobs a gooden.

We see so many of these we keep the bits on the shelf 😀

Last week we had a lovely Range-Rover Evoque in for a clutch secondary cylinder failure.
After removing the big old gearbox the culprit was found. We also replaced the crankshaft oil seal along with the clutch kit.
Clutch system all bled up and a fully working clutch saw this one back on the road for the customer.
