Bumpers were amazing from start to finish. I initially sought them out for a quote to fix my front near side door.
Paul came to my home and took a look and we discussed options. I could see he was trying to work out the best and the cheapest way for me which was refreshing.
The damage was extensive however, and would require a new door (other companies confirmed the same). I then decided going through insurance was the better option. Keith was amazing in helping me organise this. I am insured with Tesco and their approved bodywork’s also in Burgess Hill had a huge wait time so Keith offered to arrange with the insurance company and took away the stress of sorting it all out other than to inform Tesco I was using Bumpers, Keith did the rest.
They offered me a courtesy car for free, which I ended up not needing as I was away. Keith then came and collected my car and brought it back for me.
The work was great. Replacement door and repainted the whole side. Couldn’t even tell anything had happened and cannot tell it has been resprayed . They even cleaned the car inside and out.
Super friendly, constantly contactable and responded quickly using WhatsApp. I highly recommend.
Don’t just go with your insurance companies approved, it doesn’t mean they are the best. Bumpers were awesome, I would use again
