Due to BT utterly useless planing since July 2024. We haven’t been able to take any calls on our landline. Currently our landline number is being redirected to our mobile phone. If in case you cannot get through using our number please use this number 07923 665110

In April we applied to change our phone and internet provider. Between April and June we had 4 engineer visits. Each time they said they couldn’t do it. Due to a survey wasn’t done before hand. So now they had to plan to dig up a path. Getting permission takes up to 3 months. Then BT contacted talktalk in July saying they are ready for us to be transferred over even tho the work hasn’t been done. So since July we haven’t had a line to our shop. Our date for the work to be done was 13th November. Monday the 11th we received a few texts and emails saying the work will be done on the 13th. Around 5pm Monday the 11th we get a email saying they have had to delay the work until the 4th December. Today 13th November, we find out we will have to wait another 3 months for them to come do the work. According to them they cannot reconnect us to the old line. In what way do they expect a business in this day and age, to survive without phones and internet. Half of our business is run from the internet. So now we are facing almost a year since we applied for BT and almost 9 months without a phone line and internet.

We are currently experiencing a complete total black out with our phone line and internet. We are still able to order items using our mobile phones and take payments through our backup card machine. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
