A late night curiosity post... who here's been with me since before and or during my death escaping car crash of 2015?!!! If not then, how long have you followed me for and why, what caught your attention?

I know most will answer the last question with my thumb at video endings and tea intervals... because its a good looking thumb with its shiny ring 😂

More progress on the Lucifer 2 F2 Maxi bug spec naturally aspirated build... 9,000 RPM and will carry some torque up there with it too with this combination if throw and bore / CC Ive gone for.

Twin scavenger dry sump set up with internal uprated support pump to pull to enfine and twin scavenger to pull from engine...

Lots of new untested tech on one build here along wirh 6 speed Sequential beckett gearbox and twin plate TTV clutch with TTV fly wheel.

Loads going on! Coil on plug isn't new to me but new to this build too.

I have had to ditch my AN12 water ways for matrix atm as this manifold wont allow room for them, the only sacrifice Ive made so far. Every nut and bolt on this build is new! Which is very hard to achieve these days... all my old stock parts saved and used up for this one! I will be making a new manifold for this build but once running, not stopping to make one when what I have is usable.

I want equal length primaries manifold by 24" minimum but! Over gearbox manifold to allow me room for everything else... that'll be next big thing to make on this, but again! Once running...

I never write posts this big, can you tell Im getting excited? Two big spec F2 of mine be out in 2026!

Its an T230, not my era of motor car.

Srems to be a little confusion for some about my connect van... when I say built from an T230 Im not referring to the ST2 MK3 Focus's... this was the Donor car for my connect, rare car now. It was a precursor to the Focus RS MK1 from Ford. A turbo ST170 engine using parts that later were used on FRS MK1, inlet, gearbox etc

So yeah, no my connect isnt MK2 Focus its T230 running gear and OE loom ECU Pectel and now forged too.

Also, it was my friemd Geoff from CSG who was one who built this van for his customer way back when on the standard T230 engine etc its a small world.

Thanks for everyone's input when it came to the M57n running issue... having it show no engine codes was the head scratcher so tried everything advised still nothing so done a test across each injector terminal to see No.6 was dead even though no code! So new one in, recoded and away she goes again! Now running well happy to remove it for the Ranger Conversion.

No videos this weekend as I had a week away! But in shop again now so wont be long.
