We’re currently looking to fill
some casual Part-Time positions to cover our increased workload.
Kernowparts is a specialist vehicle recycling business based in Cornwall, specialising in BMW Minis.
We’re looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team on a casual, part-time basis working mainly occasional evenings and weekends (possibly more as we get busier)
🔧 GENERAL MECHANIC FOR SERVICING, MOT REPAIRS AND PARTS DISMANTLING 🧰
The role will involve a mixture of:
⚫️ General mechanical servicing and mot repairs
🔴Removing parts from end of life vehicles
⚫️Cleaning, checking and preparing parts for sale
🔴General workshop and yard duties
🖥️ PARTS PROCESSOR 📱
This role will involve:
⚫️Identifying parts and researching model fitment where necessary
🔴Photographing parts paying extra attention to detail
⚫️Adding parts to our database ready to upload to our marketplace
🔴Wrapping parts for storage and dispatch.
👨🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in vehicles is essential. We need enthusiastic people who are willing to get stuck in and work unaided. These are part time roles so we can be flexible on hours.
Experience working with vehicles, mechanical repairs or vehicle dismantling would be an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to work hard are just as important.
