We recently had this Mazda in with the 2.2 diesel engine for diagnosis and repair.
The fault found is a very common one with modern diesel engines unfortunately.

This carbon build up was the equivalent of you having a blocked nose and throat whilst trying to run a marathon, the engine was completely starved of oxygen.

Nonetheless we were able to sort this, a proper clean out of all the ports, manifold egr etc with our Walnut blaster and it's now running like a dream, and with much improved performance!

Warning ⚠️ Photo dump 📷

This has to of been one of, if not our biggest project yet.

A good old reliable Toyota Land Cruiser, mechanically this thing will last forever, but unfortunately after years of countryside use it's suffered with extensive rust, but not anymore!

This customer wanted all the rust removed and a proper repair carried out, we've put over 150 hours into this job and it is now solid as a rock 🪨

It's had extensive chassis repairs, and even more bodywork repairs, including rear inner and outer arches, inner, centre and outer sills, front inner arches, the list goes on.

Everywhere was treated with weld through primer during repair, then cleaned primed and painted, before all of the underside and inside the sills and chassis etc were treated with waxoil and waste oil for future rust prevention.

We've then put the car through it's Mot, and the customer will have a very reliable and rust free car going forwards.
