This one here is a very lucky escape for this customer. Apparently these spark plugs were replaced on last service by another garage 😳.

I managed to remove the bottom of the spark plug with out taking the engine apart and with no damage - very lucky customer

Always try to make sure your service is up to date to save needless extra costs especially in these expensive times.

We all are finding it hard in present times with the cost of living going out of control but please make sure you stay safe ..... this customer had a lucky escape as this suspention arm broke when he was collecting coffee from next door, if it was on the motorway this would be a different outcome.

Managed to get this little gem finished just in time for to be returned to our customer for christmas !!
We had this mini in a while ago for suspention refresh / new top mount intercooler and a few other bits.

A few months later after an overheating issue we had to remove the head to replace the headgasket.

While the head was off we carried out portmatching and gas flow of the cylinderhead and inlet manifold.
Highlift camshaft, focus rs injectors, front mount airtec intercooler along with a few other bits.

We have this car being dyno on the 7th of jan so will post the updates then .

Would like to thank Richard for his support this year and once again getting involved with another fun build.

Little mini cooper s we had in recently, customer originally booked car in for a new clutch, then he decided to go a bit further. We fitted new lowering springs, polly bush front lower arm rear bushes, new brakes, 17% lighter supercharger pulley, bigger injectors, sports catalyst and much more. This vehicle has now come in for more custom work so keep an eye out for progress .
