Here he is being presented with the certificate by his tutor, Michael Bojczuk.

Beautiful application of the SoundOff Signal mpower lights on a Scania Group truck, designed and produced by Boniface Engineering LTD.

These lights were part of a full system supplied by Trafficlear, including a SoundOff Signal NForce NXT Lightbar and connected lightheads, controlled by an Ideatec POLARIS.

It has now been over a week since our very own Douglas Fairlie, took to the stage at the Telford International Centre to deliver a SoundOff Signal lighting demonstration for the Boniface Engineering LTD event.

The lighting system and programme has been managed by our Systems Engineer, Conor Fishwick. Well done!

The emphasis of this demonstration was around not always using the brightest lights (although SoundOff Signal usually are!), but using a synchronisation across multiple vehicles so that when in use on motorways, drivers are not distracted by the flash patterns but are aware of the accident/works ahead.

The message when directional arrows are used, is much clearer.

The lighting system is controlled by the Ideatec POLARIS.

We are pleased to announce that our apprentices, Elliot Ramsey and Frank Barnes, have now completed their 2022 qualifications!

Elliot has recently received his AAT Level 4 Certification and is now responsible for the accounts department at Trafficlear. After the Summer, Elliot will be going on to study with ACCA.

Frank has completed his Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Appris. After the Summer, he will be moving on to his second year of Level 4 Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Well done guys! We look forward to seeing your progress.

We have recently completed a bespoke electrical installation on this Yorkshire Rescue Services, TOYOTA Hilux.

We installed a SoundOff Signal nFORCE lightbar with synchronised mpowers in the grille and mounted on the rear bumper. Additional Labcraft LED lighting has been installed above the tow bar and within the tub. We have also installed a Victron Energy inverter with sockets in the tub.

The lighting, inverter and runlock have been integrated within the Ideatec VigiLink 6 output control system and touch screen.

Today, our employees have been proud to represent Trafficlear at the CKMA 'Make It In Manufacturing' Event at The John Smith's Stadium.

Our stand showcased an integrated system made up of products we manufacture and distribute, including a Trafficlear Limited Light Arrow, SoundOff Signal NForce Lightbar and an Ideatec Vigilink Control Unit and Touchscreen.

Thank you Philippa Coultish for organising such a brilliant event and spreading awareness of manufacturing through local schools.

PRODUCT FEATURE - TRAFFICLEAR 107 LIGHT ARROW

This product is manufactured in the United Kingdom, to industry standard size of 107cm x 107cm. The 13 x amber LED lamps display a left or right mini light arrow or 4-fold hazard warning.

The product is designed to integrate with a range of controllers, including the Ideatec POLARIS system.
