At BTS we value every customer.
Well almost…

We don’t however value customer’s that speak to staff with out respect!

This afternoon I overheard a visitor to our premises who thought it prudent to speak to my wife in a manner which is not acceptable.
Because the answers weren’t what they hoped to hear. Even though we had clearly stated timescale previously.

Needless to say I had a few choice words back
And told said customer to remove him and vehicle from our establishment in no uncertain terms.

Two wrongs don’t make a right, and my approach could have been better .

But please have the respect and kindness to each and everyone of our staff and customers alike.

It’s nice to be important … but more important to be nice .

At BTS we are somewhat becoming a local wet belt specialist.
We pride ourselves on correct tools data and training for correct processes.

The images above is in our opinion a lucky outcome as wet belt ( timing belt in oil) was extremely deteriorated and oil pump
Pick up was very badly impacted by belt deteriorating .

Great opportunity for correct person

We are looking for a despatcher for our growing Tividale depot.
The main duties for the role is to pick product, organise van routes and manage drivers and the relevant fleet.
Knowledge of the Tividale/Oldbury area and experience managing a small team would be preferred but not necessary.

Post from another group, but this in itself explains just one of the many reasons the trade and ourselves will not used customer supplied parts .

We recently had enquiry for installing and programming a Vag used component to save customers hard earned money .
Sadly we had to decline as it can result in our business having it’s security protocols taken away by manufacturers.

These are incredibly difficult to obtain and expensive to operate
So unfortunately most companies will not entertain doing business any other way.

The sad part is we are supposed to be responsible for recycling where we can !

Well that’s a wrap as they say until after the Christmas break.
