I am a patient, calm and friendly driving instructor who specialises in teaching nervous learner drivers. My previous career was in the construction industry at management level, I decided to become a driving instructor so I could put to good use my skills with people, from all walks of life, and make use of the wealth of driving experience I have from driving around the south-west
I am flexible

and more than happy to fit in with your schedule, weather it is to pick you up from home at the beginning of your lesson and drop you off at college or work after your lesson or vice versa. Lessons are £30 an hour and a lesson is generally 2 hours, so get in contact and start driving. Are you looking for driving lessons that are value for money. The cheapest rates per hour, are not always saving you money. All of my lessons are tailored to suit you and are designed to reduce the number of lessons required to get you, to test standard quickly, safely, saving you time and money. This is due to the lessons being structured with a firm objective of what is to be achieved during the lesson. You will get to drive from your first driving lesson. Practical driving lessons, not talking lessons. I will ask you a few questions to check your knowledge of the theory of the subject. I will then set a plan that suits you, (as long as you are in agreement with my proposals). The progress of the lesson will be set at your ability, so that you are comfortable with what you are achieving. You will not be rushed into doing anything and your time will certainly not be wasted. We want to achieve maximum learning during your driving lesson. The method used, to teach you, is coaching, rather than instructing. I will give you full assistance when required or simply prompt you when needed to help guide you to a successful outcome. The goal is to transfer responsibility over to you, to enable you, to be totally independent in your driving. This will result in giving you far more confidence and on the day of your test, a lot less nerves. As a local driving instructor I operate in Bridgwater and the surrounding area. I qualified as a driving Instructor in May 2011 with a local driving school and had a successful three and half years as a franchisee. As a sole trader, I am an Independent, fully qualified driving Instructor (ADI) and have been CRB checked for your reassurance and safety. I am also a member of the Driving Instructors Association, which have a code of conduct to conform to. Friday afternoon done and Tom Johnson will be celebrating 🍾 this weekend after the relief of passing his driving test on the first attempt.
Tom was due a driving test in a few weeks time but it got cancelled due to driving examiner's industrial action and put back to July. Luckily mother spotted a cancellation on Wednesday and Tom was booked back in for a test this afternoon..
Roller coaster 🎢 comes to mind.

Driving test success for Aimee Knight today. Aimee has two older brothers who passed their driving test with me on their first attempt. So.... no pressure but Aimee knew what she had to do, otherwise they would never let it go. And well done, Aimee, passing your driving test today on the First attempt 👏 👍 😀 that will shut the boys up. 😉 Now to go and look at that Peugeot 206, enjoy your driving.

Looking cool in a t-shirt today, even though out and about, it is minus 1 degree. But Elijah Kitchker, isn't worried about that, as he was feeling the heat when taking his driving test today and come away with a pass. So off to sort out the insurance for his "UP" and I bet he will not mind being taxi to his mum and dad over Christmas. Well done 👏 ✔️ Elijah, you and your family have a great Christmas and a Happy New year 🎉 😀

First time driving test pass for Chloe Gibbons today and with only 2 minor driver faults.
Every thing is "scary" to Chloe, and today was no exception for her. But Chloe had an idea and wore travel wristbands on her test, which she believed did help her to get the result she wanted. New one on me, but hey, if helps!!!

Driving test success for Ben Coombes today and with only 3 minor faults. Well done Ben. A lot was riding on the result today, it has made his mind up at what University he is going to and no more walking to his part time work place at 11PM.

Driving to the test centre this morning at 7.30am and the temperature at 20 degrees, reminded Kristi Greenwood of her childhood when living in Spain. This helped to put her in a good mood for her driving test, which she passed today on the first attempt and with only 1 minor. Well done Kristi and congratulations. 🥳🎉🎊🥂🍾

Congratulations to Caitlin Turner who just like her sister, passed her driving test on 1st attempt. Well done today Caitlin, as the examiner commented "nice drive" and with only a couple of minor driver faults. After all that practice with someone beside you, it's time to get used to driving alone. Good luck and enjoy your driving as I know you will.

First time driving test pass for Megan Taylor today and with only 1 minor driving fault. Thank goodness said Dad😉 so relieved said mum😊.
The reason being that Megan has been chomping at the bit for this moment and now she can savour the success of a full driver's licence and the independence it will bring and Mum and Dad can relax.

First time driving test pass for Taylor Wilkins today. Even with a bad cough, (coughing all the way to the test centre), Taylor was still successful on the test and soldiered on and got the result she was looking for. Well done Taylor.
You can drive to the pharmacy your self now and pick the cough medication that you like. 😆😆😉🤗👍🎉

Driving test success for Ryan Skone today. Like a lot of people Ryan has been waiting along time for this moment, what with cancellations of tests and the uncertainty Covid has brought into our lives. But finally nailing it, 👍means he will have a car for when he starts Uni next week and now Ryan has been promoted to refereeing County league football matches he will be independent in getting to the games, and should he have to make an unpopular decision he can make a quick get away 😄😄
Well done Ryan on your driving test result and having your 2nd vaccination today.
