🚗⚡ Tesla Heating Issue Resolved – Back to Full Comfort! ❄️🔥

A customer came to us with concerns about no heating from their Tesla’s climate control system during the earlier cold days — not something you want to deal with!

After a full inspection, we diagnosed a faulty PTC heater. The unit was replaced, restoring proper heating performance. We also carried out a suspension check to ensure everything was in top condition.

Another one through the workshop 🔧⚡

We had a Tesla Model X come in with the customer reporting a clicking noise while driving, along with noticeable suspension creaks over bumps and during low-speed manoeuvres. After a thorough inspection and road test, we traced the noises to worn suspension components and related hardware.

The affected parts were repaired and replaced where required, everything was reassembled and torqued to Tesla specifications, and the vehicle was road tested again to confirm the noises were completely resolved. The result — a Model X that’s back to driving quietly and smoothly. ✅

🔧 Tesla Model S Air Conditioning Repair 🔧

This Tesla Model S came in with air conditioning not working as it should.

Our inspection found:

* A failed air-conditioning pump, not circulating refrigerant properly

* A leaking AC condenser (cooling radiator) causing pressure loss

Both faults were repaired, the system was pressure-tested, and the air conditioning is now cooling efficiently again.

Tesla air-con systems are more than just comfort — they also support thermal management, so early diagnosis can prevent bigger issues.

It’s been a while since our last update, but the workshop hasn’t been quiet! 🔧⚡

We recently had a Tesla Model 3 come in after failing its MOT. The failure was down to a few key issues identified during inspection, which we diagnosed, repaired, and rechecked in-house. Once completed, the vehicle passed its MOT and was returned fully road-legal and operating as it should. ✅

🚗💥 Our customer had a lucky escape
recently –

their Tesla’s control arm gave way, but thankfully it happened at low speed. At high speed it could have been a very different story.

The damage meant the suspension and stabiliser also needed replacing. The customer admitted they hadn’t had any maintenance done for a few years, so they put their trust in us to sort everything in one go – and that’s exactly what we did.
