⚠️ “It’s just a little knocking sound…”

Until we found THIS. 👀

A Tesla Model Y came into our workshop with a suspension concern.

At first, it might sound like “just a small knocking noise.”

But once we got the car on the lift and started checking the suspension… 🔧

We found wear around the front upper control arm / ball joint area.

And this is exactly why we always recommend proper diagnosis instead of simply replacing parts and hoping for the best.

🔍 We check.
🛠️ We diagnose.
✅ Then we repair.

If your Tesla Model Y has:

• Knocking or clunking noises
• Suspension play
• Strange noises over bumps
• Uneven tyre wear
• Steering that doesn’t feel right

Don’t ignore it.

A small noise can sometimes be the first warning that something underneath needs attention.

❄️ Tesla Model 3 A/C faults

Another Tesla Model 3 in our workshop for A/C diagnosis and repair.
For this vehicle, we carried out a full diagnostic assessment of the A/C system and identified faulty components. We then replaced the A/C compressor and supermanifold.

Following installation, the A/C system was professionally flushed, vacuum-tested and recharged with refrigerant before completing operational and pressure checks to ensure the system was functioning correctly.

🔧 Our Tesla A/C & Thermal Management Services Include:
• Supermanifold replacement• A/C compressor replacement• Refrigerant system diagnosis• A/C system cleaning and flushing• Condenser and evaporator inspection• Refrigerant recovery and recharge• A/C pressure and leak testing• Thermal management system diagnostics
🌡️ Common signs of a Tesla A/C or heat pump problem:

⚠️ A/C blowing warm or not getting cold
⚠️ Reduced heating or cooling performance
⚠️ Unusual noises from the compressor or HVAC system
⚠️ Refrigerant pressure faults
⚠️ Heat pump or climate-control warning messages
If your Tesla is experiencing any of these symptoms, it’s worth having the system professionally diagnosed rather than continuing to operate it with a potential fault. Early diagnosis can help identify the underlying problem and prevent unnecessary replacement of unaffected components.

Message us to discuss your Tesla or book your vehicle into our workshop.

🚗 Tesla Model S – Full Air Suspension Replacement ⚡️

Another Tesla Model S successfully repaired in our workshop! 🔧

Our customer had only recently bought the Model S when they discovered an existing issue with the air suspension struts. Unfortunately, what seemed like a problem with the front turned out to require a full replacement of all 4 air suspension units as the rear ones had fault.

We carried out the thorough inspection and repair to restore the Tesla’s correct ride height, comfort and handling — getting it back to how it should be. ⚡️

⚠️ Tesla owners – don’t ignore the signs of an air suspension leak!

If your Tesla is:
🔸 Dropping on one side
🔸 Sitting lower than normal
🔸 Losing ride height after being parked
🔸 Making the compressor run more frequently

…it could indicate an air suspension leak or failing strut.

Leaving the problem too long can force the air suspension compressor to work continuously or much harder than normal. This can cause overheating, premature wear and eventually compressor failure — turning what could have been a relatively straightforward suspension repair into a much more expensive job. 💷

If you’ve noticed something doesn’t quite look right with your Tesla, get the suspension checked before the problem gets worse.

Contact us for diagnostics and repairs.
Don’t ignore the warning signs — find the leak, fix the suspension and protect the compressor! 🔧⚡️

🚗 Proper Vehicle Inspection Really Matters!

This Tesla came to us with an issue with its air conditioning system.
During the initial test drive, our technicians noticed that the car didn’t feel quite right and wasn’t driving as it should.

While diagnosing and repairing the A/C system, we decided to carry out a thorough inspection of the vehicle as well.

During the inspection, we found several worn and damaged suspension components. The deterioration was so severe that it had caused abnormal tyre wear — to the point where the tyre cords were already showing! Continued driving can increase the risk of tyre failure, loss of control and a potentially dangerous situation—especially at higher speeds. 😱

The customer also mentioned that the car didn’t feel particularly stable while driving, but understandably, they hadn’t realised how serious the issue was.

This is an important reminder that some safety-related issues aren’t always obvious during everyday driving. A vehicle can still feel reasonably driveable while serious problems are developing underneath.
We explained our findings to the customer and showed them the condition of the suspension and tyres. Given the extent of the damage, we replaced the affected suspension components and carried out the necessary repairs to get the vehicle back to a safe and stable condition. 🔧

⚠️ This is why a proper vehicle inspection matters.

Not every problem comes with a warning light or an obvious symptom. Regular inspections can help identify potential safety issues before they become more serious — and potentially much more expensive.

If your car doesn’t feel quite right, don’t ignore it. Get it checked. 👀🔧 #👀🔧 #👀🔧

🚗⚡ TESLA A/C REPAIR

☀️ It’s still hot lately, 34°C heat yesterday🥵we worked hard to get your Tesla cool and comfortable again — as soon as possible.

This Tesla Model 3 came to us with a serious supermanifold and AC compressor faults, and our team got straight to work. 🔧

We carried out a complete repair, including:

✅ Supermanifold replacement
✅ A/C Compressor replacement
✅ Complete A/C system cleaning & flushing
✅ Refrigerant recovery & recharge
✅ Full system diagnostics & testing
✅ Final HVAC performance check

⚠️ When an A/C compressor fails, simply replacing the compressor may not be enough. Contamination and debris can remain within the system, which is why a proper flush, correct refrigerant recharge and thorough testing are essential for a reliable repair.

Don’t let a Heat Pump or A/C fault turn into an even bigger repair bill.
