6 weeks ago,drunk, I signed up to Barry island 10k 🤦‍♂️

At that point I couldn’t run to the chip shop at the bottom of the hill 😂

On Sunday 17th May I’m running Barry Island 10k and I thought if I’m going to do something stupid I should do it for a great cause.
So I’m hoping to raise money for the Wales Air ambulance,
