I’m surprised how good this Ducati 1200 Monster really is. Plenty of power, great fun to ride, comfortable and able to cruise at reasonable speeds. Tree rider modes allow set up, urban, touring and sport. Sport being, slightly aggressive for normal back roads but great fun on fast open roads, touring is perfect for normal roads and urban is ideal when carrying a pillion. Build quality to be fair is superb. Maybe I’ll keep this one 😀

Yamaha MT09 on our dyno. The ecu has been flashed with a custom fuelling map to suit the bike. All Yamaha’s restrictions have been removed to allow much smoother power delivery from low rpm and top speed restrictions have been turned off. We used FTECU software as a base for mapping this bike. The dyno graph at the end of the video clearly shows the improved power above 7500rpm.

Stunning ZX10R on the dyno allowing clutchless downshifts from flat in 6th gear. This bike was mapped direct to the ecu and blipper enabled in the software.

Big power GsxR1000. AIS system still active so we still get fun with flames. Complete Ecu setup by us.

The chart below shows the standard map for the MT10 in 6th gear. Along the top is twist grip throttle opening and along the left hand is RPM. The figures show the actual amount the throttle opens regardless of how much the rider turns the twist grip. The ETV (electronic throttle valve) restricts the bike by not opening the throttle fully. Only a derestricted ECU flash will allow the bike to run at get full power.
We can now ECU flash and tune the following Yamaha models, MT07, MT09, FZ1, FZ8, R1M, RI, R1S, R3, R25, R6, VMAX, XSR900, XT1200, YFZ450R, GTR1000

We are pleased to announce we now have found a reliable platform for ECU flashing. There are many advantages as In the old days it was a case of putting on a Dynojet PowerCommander (or other piggy back fueling device) and adjusting the fueling, these days it’s not just fueling that is the issue when you change the exhaust pipe there are so many gains to be had from flashing your bike ECU tuning. Nowadays it's the only way to not only fuel the bike but at same time remove those horrible emissions based restrictions built into the bikes electronics.

For example a common issue customers of new bikes experience is a “snatchy throttle” or a on/off/on throttle feeling that “feels like a lightswitch”, well that is because manufacturers are forced to put catalytic conveters on the bikes and have to power off the injections on closed throttle positions to ensure there is no fuel passing into the exhaust on deceleration that will then potentially melt the catalytic converter. Once the catayltic converter is removed we can disable the injectors being powered off and smooth that throttle response. Many modern machines have fly by wire throttle and manufactures use this to restrict these bikes in 5th and 6th gear. Below is a before and after flashing and some fueling work trace from our dyno today. Frankly we were astonished with the results on this Yamaha MT09.
