In January 2013 Key Auto Sales and Braintree Motor Company combined forces at Vigar House, Albert Road, Braintree. That amalgamation led to sales motoring ahead of expectations as the number of cars leaving the site began an upward trend. Ricky Riat of Ace Motors on Manor Street in Braintree has taken on the Key Auto Sales car sales business from Keith Pipe, while Gordon Knott will continue to focus on the equally busy Braintree Motor Company vehicle servicing, repair and MOT operation.
