Customer came to us to tune there 330D E90 after fitting and downpipe and egr delete kit.

After a few revisions got it performing well

Customer was advised to fit a Uprated intercooler to keep them IATs down.

Here we have yet another achievement a BMW F01 730D which is one of our own cars that we have been working on, and we have to say we are very impressed with the results.

We had a set goal in mind, not only do we have the quickest E9x in the uk, but we now have a world record of the quickest 730D, not just UK under our belt.

We managed a 100 to 200 of 7.82, but a corrected time of 7.63 with a full weight 7 series diesel only, now these cars are known to weigh over 2 ton.

✅ M50D rail sensors
✅ Dtune shaft
✅ Turbo Systems Stage 4 @ 3.5bar

So putting the time and weight into perspective should be around 620 to 630bhp and 1100nm

Customer came back to us for a retune after fitting a Falcon STG2 turbo.

Tuning went smoothly with only 3 revisions made.

✅ Falcon STG2/GTB2362VK @ 2.55Bar
✅ EGR, Flap and DPF solution
✅ Uprated intercooler
✅ Xhp STG3 TCU tune

Should be around 350 to 360bhp & 750+nm according to logs

We could push it abit more but with the stock intake it starts getting quite restrictive over 2.55bar, Customer will be fitting a custom intake then we shall turn it up slightly.

Big achievement here at DEMON Development.

This N57 330d we recently tuned is officially the quickest genuine diesel BMW on (Record) in the UK, at a 100 to 200 in 6.77sec, full weight only diesel.

Not only is it the quickest but it achieved this goal with only Stage 3 TS turbo, which is a rather impressive testament to Turbo systems

Congrats to the owner also for making this possible with a very well maintained and put together E90

Customer came to us to tune there 335d as obviously we are the go to guys to tune these and rightly so, as we have extensively worked on the 35d platform for quite sometime now and get results.

So everything went smoothy did a few revisions and got it performing well, minor 1 hiccup of the top boost hose popping off 😅

Customer came to us again suffering from the Apache mod, was tuned by 2 different tuners! and just couldn't get it to stop surging.

We started from scratch and after 3 revisions got the car running perfectly and most importantly no surge in all gears!

We are starting to see alot of these cars fitted with the Stage 3 TS turbos, after they have been to reputable tuners coming out sounding like helicopters, and told its normal well i can assure you it's definitely not normal, sometimes it's a hardware issue, but mostly it's tuner error.

Customer came to us after being let down by numerous of other tuners, such as rail issues and boost issues, with it surging pretty much all way through the rev range.

After inspecting the map we found the reason why but we won't go into detail.

So we started from scratch and after 2 revisions got it to where surge was non existent, you could literally load it up at 1k in 5th and no surge whatsoever.

So after the 4th revision it was pretty much complete.

Did a 7.2 100 to 200 with only 3.1 bar of boost and 1.1 lambda, full weight car with 2 passengers including driver.

On revision 5 we was at 3.2bar and 3bar at 5k and again 1.1 lambda, didn't have time to dragy this revision but we will in the coming days to aim for a high 6 100 to 200
