If your lucky enough to have a mum/dad you love and respected cherish the memories made or to be made , enjoy today tomorrows never promised and tell them you love them .

Thankyou everyone who made yesterday a day of smiles and tears , great memories and raising a pint for dad, I guess his job was done here , he’s made me dean and Carly the people we are today and now it’s our turn to take the lead for our children .

Today feels so empty 😟

Last year we done 26 miles thorough the Lake District and this year we are doing the Jurassic coast with my team “chaffing the dream” with Emmy , Pete and Natalie , I’ll even caveat if I smash my personal target of £250 I’ll do it dressed as a dinosaur , that’s got to be worth a fiver so If you wouldn’t mind having a read and if possible donating a couple of quid
