non start. Not recognising the keys. Been at other garages for long periods who haven't been able to figure it out. Armed with my and a multimeter. Found open circuit on the receiver wire temporarily repaired. Keys programmed and up and running.

2016MY Jaguar F Type.
SRS Fault.
Drivers airbag stage 1 and 2 deployment open circuit
Located the fault to the Rotary coupler/clockspring behind the steering being open circuit.
Replaced along with the steering wheel harness as both appear to have been damaged by a third party. All fixed ready to go to its new owner

Something a bit different for me. 2008MY Intermittently cutting out. Already had a high pressure pump. No DTC's stored. Monitored the fuel pressure using . Found that we are still losing fuel pressure. Found the fuel pressure at the High Pressure pump lower than expected. Check the voltage at the in tank pump, found when the fuel pressure does drop off we lose battery voltage to the pump. Checked supply to the fuel pump relay, confirmed OK.Fuel pump relay is part of the Junction Box Electronics, so has been sent for testing and repair.

Battery warning fault on a
Read DTC'S with .
B11DB stored.Battery Monitoring fault.
Check the LIN trace with a scope. Found only a master message, no slave response.(bottom trace)
Volt drop test the wire. Confirmed open circuit.
Located broken, repaired per JLR guidance.
Retested all. Faults clear and a nice LIN trace.(top trace)
