We have finally finished this refresh on this Toyota hilux

It’s been a long time Coming but we have :

⭐️Removed the tub, cut out all the floor pan and support rails and fully rebuilt and welded in a new floor and supports. Finished in a coat of epoxy primer then fully covered in raptor bed liner

⭐️truck chassis has been completely stripped of rust . Fuel tank support chassis rail cut out and new one welded in place with support plates . Then fully coated in a epoxy primer, followed by Raptor and then finished with a cavity wax inside the chassis

⭐️tub then bolted back on with all new fixings . New shock absorbers and new seals

⭐️ several little extra jobs along the way to make sure this is one of the cleanest Hilux’s around!

Yesterday was the last day of work with Colin Flay. You’ve been a absolute pleasure to work with for the last 6 years and I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and dedication to the business! Everyone will agree with me in saying you were a absolute treasure to RVS and wish you the best of retirement! Last day well spent not on the tools but shooting and a somewhat sensible game of golf followed by a “few” drinks.

We are looking for a fully qualified technician capable of all aspects of diagnostics and repair work! Customer service is required and must also not be frightened to work on a wide variety of cars. We work on pretty much anything with three wheels to six.
