Lovely example of a Porsche 944 Lux project car up for grabs. Running and driving and it even has a fresh MOT!

Takes some nerve starting this listings at 1p!! Go check it out!

So even though it drives well, looks really great and has passed an MOT, it is being sold as a rolling restoration project, where you should be able to drive it, wash it, tweak it, fix whatever breaks and then repeat. | eBay!

Here we have an M54B30 engine in the later stages of a full rebuild.
This engine was built for the up and coming track season to go in a customer's e36 build. It will be receiving a set of throttle bodies, lightweight flywheel to go along with its lightened and balance crankshaft and a set of race camshafts.
No matter what job you need doing on your car we are happy to undertake it, shoot us a DM!

Don't forget to make sure your car is up to the job of withstanding this cold patch! Recently we have been replacing radiators like you wouldn't believe due to overly diluted coolant meaning it freezes and blows the radiator apart from expansion.

We do offer a winter check service where we test and inspect all key aspects of your vehicle to make sure it's up to the job!

We have been a little bit busy with the arrival of the latest member of the SM Autoworks team.

Over the years I had been lucky enough to work for a local Porsche specialist where I undertook all my training. Unlike going to your everday garage to undertake my training this taught me all about how jobs need to be carried out to the highest standards but also to make sure I am 100% certain on my diagnosis as ordering the wrong parts could cost the garage a large some of money!
Take this Porsche 996 Turbo for example, it had been taken to multiple different garages to get to the bottom of a misfire and none of them could solve the issue, after these other garages tried new camshaft sensors, MAF sensors and so on, a quick check and some live data readings I ruled out everything but the coil packs. After some tinckering and replacing the coil packs I had this car back to running as it should and with the customer just a few hours after dropping it off with us.
Always make sure you take your car to an establishment that has a proven track record with your marque, not only for peace of mind but it could save you a great some of money in the long run!
