The shipping desk has been working hard, helping us keep up with a growing number of superyacht and export orders leaving AnchoRight.

The only problem?

The person processing them wasn't informed that appearing in a social media post was part of the job description.

Fortunately, she's much happier helping the team get orders out the door than posing for photographs.

Not all maintenance at AnchoRight involves anchor chains...

Every week, this particular office version of sea grass demands its fair share of attention.

Today's first objective: water the beasts before they stage a mutiny.

We're pleased to report that everyone survived, including the plants.

It isn't always all about anchor chains and boats. Sometimes it's just keeping the office jungle under control!

Even though we specialise exclusively in anchor chain markers, our customers still manage to surprise us.

This week, we received photos of our markers installed on a black anchor chain - something we do not see every day. We are told it is more common on Nordhavn yachts, but it certainly caught our attention.

It got us wondering: how many boat owners are using something other than traditional galvanised chain?

DYK that Tom Cruise made a surprise visit to Jakobstad, Finland, to check on the progress of his brand-new luxury sailboat? Now you do! 🤩

Finnish media report that the Hollywood icon flew to Nautor Swan’s world-renowned sailboat factory to inspect his 108-foot custom Swan yacht.

Nautor Swan has been building elite vessels since the 1960s.

When asked by media afterwards about the boat, Cruise simply said: “Beautiful!”
