Meet Olivia Mackay, a 20-year-old apprentice who refused to let setbacks define her path. After leaving school without GCSEs, she returned to college, gained qualifications and kept working towards her goal of building a career in the automotive industry.

Following redundancy, support from the Youth Trailblazer scheme and Wolves at Work helped Olivia secure a new opportunity with CC Autocentres. Today, she is gaining hands-on experience with customers and day-to-day workshop operations while learning from experienced technicians.

They're a 10 but charge you for a repair like this 🫣 . Not only did the previous repair not look professional, they also removed a fairly important component of the exhaust system!🙈😬

We think there's night and day between the 2 finished products and another happy customer is back on the road.
