• Be the main point of contact for clients via phone, email and in person.
• Arrange home and video removal surveys for the branch surveyor.
• Input and manage customer information on our Movehome system.
• Invoicing customers and taking card payments over the telephone.
• Set up and manage storage clients on our computer system.
• Liaise with partners providing our transit customs claims.
• Scan in and ensure accuracy with completed crew paperwork.
• Manage insurance claims – liaison between client and insurance company.
• Send out marketing mailshots to potential customers.
• Act in accordance with Health & Safety requirements and all company procedures.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and adhere to corporate administration requirements.

White & Company Bedford Proud to Sponsor Arthur Mason Memorial Walking Football Tournament

White & Company's Bedford branch is proud to be sponsoring the Arthur Mason Memorial Walking Football Tournament on Saturday 2nd August, helping to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

The annual tournament is held in memory of Arthur Mason, who founded Luton Town Walking Football after being asked by Luton Town FC to establish the team. His passion for the game helped create a thriving walking football community that continues to bring people together today.

This year's event will welcome eight teams from Bedford, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Cheshunt and the surrounding areas for a day of football, fundraising and remembrance. Open to players aged 50 and over, the tournament celebrates the inclusive spirit of walking football, with every team required to have at least two players aged over 60 on the pitch throughout each match.

Luton Town Walking Football Chairman Tony Mooney says the sport is about far more than football. It gives people the opportunity to stay active, improve their fitness and enjoy being part of a team again. For many players, it's a chance to return to a game they thought they'd left behind, while making new friends and enjoying the social side of the sport.

Tony also hopes more people will discover walking football for themselves. Luton Town Walking Football trains every Wednesday at Crawley Green Sports & Social Club, and anyone aged over 50 is welcome to come along, whether they've played football all their life or are simply looking for a new way to keep fit, make new friends and enjoy the game again.
