CTS BOSTON LTD will be hosting a coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support on FRIDAY 25th SEPTEMBER @ 10.00-12.00. We would like to invite friends, family and our customers to join us for coffee and cake. We will be offering a FREE tyre health check and window screen wash top up in return for a small (or large if you prefer!) donation.
We will also be holding a raffle with the chance to win some lovely prizes.
We look forward to seeing you all so please pop in and help us to raise lots of money for this charity

We take pride in delivering top-tier mechanical repairs, servicing, and comprehensive tyre solutions to our loyal local customer base. From everyday cars to commercial and agricultural fleets, we keep our community moving. We also operate a rapid 24-hour mobile tyre-fitting service.
We are looking for a versatile, motivated, and skilled individual to join our team in a combined Mechanic, Tyre Fitter, and Sales/Customer Service role. If you love variety, take pride in your workmanship, and enjoy dealing with people, this is the perfect position for you.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Repairs: Diagnosing faults, conducting interim and major servicing, and performing general repairs (brakes, clutches, suspension, steering alignment, and exhausts).
Tyre Fitting: Fitting, balancing, and repairing tyres for cars, 4x4s, vans, and commercial vehicles.
Front of House & Sales: Greeting drive-in customers, answering phone inquiries, providing accurate quotes, managing workshop bookings, and utilizing our online ordering systems.
Mobile Support: Participating in our on-call roster for mobile tyre changes using our fully equipped service vans (when required).
📋 What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in a workshop environment performing mechanical repairs and tyre fitting.
Customer Skills: A friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner with a knack for face-to-face sales.
License: A clean, valid UK driving license is essential (required for moving customer vehicles and operating mobile vans).
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy to handle point-of-sale systems and tyre booking platforms.
Attitude: A reliable team player with an excellent eye for detail and high safety standards.
