This is one of the hardest posts I have ever had to write.
After a lot of thinking, soul searching and sleepless nights, I have made the decision to close Lincs Windscreens at the end of this year.
Building this business up has been my life (maybe too much at times) and Iβm incredibly proud of what Iβve built and the reputation Iβve gained. Running the business has been an incredible journey. I have met some brilliant people, fixed more windscreens than I can count, worked some ridiculous hours and answered calls at times that only emergency services should be awake.
But the truth is, my mental health has taken a hit, and I have finally listened to what my head has been trying to tell me for a while now - it is time to slow down and put myself and my family first.
Choosing to look after myself so I can be better, healthier and happier going forward is the goal.
Thank you to every customer who trusted me, supported the business, recommended me, the like's, shares and comments and made me laugh on jobs and kept me going on the tough days. I am genuinely grateful.
If this post does anything, I hope it reminds someone else that it is okay to step back, ask for help and choose yourself. Windscreens can be replaced. People cannot.
The phone number, page etc will also be going and closed down.
The email address will still be working whilst we chase money and finalise everything.
Thank you
Mick
