TLC Alloy Wheel Repairs We are specialists in Diamond Cut & Alloy Wheel Repairs, we offer a full range of refurbishment services. Once the wheel has been lacquered it is then recured.

Scuffed and curbed alloy wheel rims and spokes can be repaired, painted and lacquered to their original pristine condition. We use processes to restore alloy wheels to their former glory for the fraction of the cost of replacement and adding
significantly to the value of the vehicle.

Our mobile workshops and spraybooths enable us to carry out repairs on site, at your home or place of work. We have recently opened our new powdercoating workshop in Bonnyrigg nr Edinburgh which also boasts our state of the art CNC lathe giving us the ability to refurbish diamond cut wheels. Diamond cut wheels are refurbished in the same way as standard painted wheels, they will be stripped of all their paint and lacquer, the wheels will then be steam cleaned to provide a clean and fully degreased surface ready for the paint primer to be applied. The wheels are then painted in the selected colour and oven cured. The next part of the process differs from the standard painted wheel as the wheel now has to be mounted on a CNC lathe so the the face of the wheel can be machined to get the diamond cut finish. Once the wheel has been machined it is then cleaned so it is ready for the lacquer to be applied. Once the curing process is complete the tyres are refitted and the wheel is balanced.
