Had the pleasure of working on this beautiful Audi S7 yesterday for

Booked in for a health check and stg1 tune.

After a clean bill of health using vcds and a positive visual inspection carried out it was onto the rollers to see how it performed. Making slightly more torque than the stock figures suggested it has provided a great base to build from.

No mods and running on 99 this is what was achieved.

Stock tune 417.7hp / 450ftlbs
Bevo tune 517.4hp / 555ftlbs

Once again producing the goods on a platform he's knows like the back of his hand. Plenty more to come for this one so keep a look out.

Running fault with the vehicle causing it to fall into limp mode on a regular basis.

After carrying out diagnostic tests on the vehicle it lead to a blocked dpf and faulty pressure sensor.

Dpf was then removed by the customer and returned for ecu calibration.

Audi S5 finished off for

The car was fitted with a milltek exhaust system, forge motorsport supercharger pulley kit and integrated engineering air intake.

Once all parts were fitted it was back on the dyno for to turn it up. Both ecu + tcu calibrations were carried out including raised rev limit.

Vehicle came in already tuned by the previous owner and with a couple of running faults.

We quickly diagnosed a faulty egr valve and discovered the dpf had been removed after previous tuning had been carried out.

Egr + egr cooler were removed and a delete kit fitted before a fresh tune by

Dropped off for a health check and tuning after downpipe and intercooler had been fitted.

First up was a hesitation under load which quickly developed into a misfire.

A fresh coil pack and correctly gapped spark plugs sorted the running issues out, then on to the dyno for testing/tuning.

Next up worked his magic and finalised the tune on
193hp/228ftlbs.
